Contact us before returning any product
Return eligibility depends on the product, order type, condition and whether it was made or prepared to specification. Custom, cut, used, installed or special-order materials may not be returnable.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number, delivery details, photos and a description of the issue.
No return should be shipped until return instructions and the return destination have been confirmed in writing.

Made-to-order and project materials
Custom dimensions, colours, profiles and approved project quantities may have different cancellation or return conditions. These should be confirmed in the quotation before payment.
